Fundacion Gente Para un Amor Nuevo - $4,000
This organization requested continued support for young people infected with HIV-AIDS who have limited means and are mostly unemployed. Our donation will finance needed medicines which are distributed on a monthly basis to 75 beneficiaries.

Fundacion Paicavi, Buin - $5,000
This organization located in a rural area south of Santiago, houses 36 young girls between 5 and 19 years of age that have been victims of physical or psychological abuse. With our support, this project will acquire two computers and a printer to provide them with job training skills.

Surcos - $4,800
This organization, located in one of the poorest areas of Santiago, provides a home as well as counselling and recreational activities for girls that have been abandoned or abused by their families. Our donation will pay for the construction of two rooms for individual counseling and fix sanitary facilities.

Corporacion Educacional Comunitaria - $3,700
This organization aims at improving the quality of life of fifty children and youth living in conditions of extreme poverty in the county of La Pintana, a highly densely populated area, characterized by deteriorated social relations, violence, and promiscuity. Our support wil provide audiovisual materials, musical instruments, and computer resources to foster recreational and educational activities.

Casa Acogida - $3,000
This organization helps in the treatment of children with cancer by providing boarding facilities for children and caretakers from rural areas during their treatment period. Last year we helped repair bathroom facilities. This year we are financing needed refurbishing of their kitchen.

Paternitas - $2,500
This organization fosters housing for the children of women in prison. Our donation will help improve their laundry facilities.
